Patented Screw Clamp™ Technology 

Our Screw Clamp™ Technology gives Crimsafe security screens an unparalleled advantage, consistently outperforming competitor products in independent testing. Crimsafe’s innovative Screw Clamp™ system secures our Tensile Tuff® mesh to the frame with a vice-like grip. On impact, it bites down on the mesh, absorbing and dispersing impact through the screen. 

Tensile Tuff® stainless steel mesh 

Our specially developed Crimsafe Tensile-Tuff® mesh uses 0.9mm 304 structural-grade woven stainless steel. 

Crimsafe’s Tensile-Tuff® mesh is 26.5% thicker than typical stainless-steel mesh. Crimsafe screens are harder to cut and penetrate, keeping out unwelcome guests, from burglars to bugs.  

Made with a high strength structural grade woven stainless steel, energy is absorbed on impact.

Concealed tamper resistant screws 

Crimsafe’s Tensile-Tuff® mesh is secured into the frame with hidden tamper resistant screws. Diamond grille and some competitor screens have visible screws that can easily be unscrewed by an intruder to gain access to your home.
