To be eligible for a security upgrade under this trial, you need to be: Over 60 years of age A Pensioner Concession card holder A resident of Townsville, Mount Isa or Cairns local government areas Unable to afford the required home security improvements yourself Unable to receive similar assistance through other government programs.
