Crimsafe releases new ‘Two Reasons’ campaign

The start of a new year brings the launch of a new Crimsafe campaign focused on one of the most important needs in life; protecting the people we love. Australia’s home burglary statistics highlight the importance of home security, with 225,900 recorded burglaries in Australia in 2017. That’s one burglary every 3 minutes! Furthermore, over 20% of Australian homes have been burgled at some point, and in 75% of cases the intruders took less than 5 minutes to enter a property.

 

With these startling statistics in mind, Crimsafe’s new ‘Two Reasons’ campaign puts an emotional spin on the long-running message that ‘If it’s not Crimsafe, it’s not crim safe.’ Rolling out on TV, outdoor, radio and online in Brisbane over January and February, the campaign seeks to raise awareness of the ‘reasons’ to consider a home security stocktake.
