Central Coast House
To improve energy efficiency, two sides of this home were enclosed in a Crimsafe Ultimate Patio security screen, creating a unique outer skin. This outer layer has a moderating effect on the temperature inside the home, inhibiting heat transfer by up to 53%.
Private Residence – Alice River
The tropical climate of Alice River (near Townsville) allows for year-round outdoor entertaining. The owners used Crimsafe Ultimate Bi-Fold doors to reduce the bug problem that plagued their evening alfresco events, and reduce the risk of mosquito borne diseases.
Geebung Railway Overpass
The goal of the Geebung Railway Pedestrian Overpass project was to improve safety. Crimsafe screens were used to address a number of safety issues with its fall protection, anti-electrification, anti-throw and high visibility properties.
Narbethong Community Hall
The Narbethong Community Hall was rebuilt in 2011 after the fires of Black Saturday in Victoria, 2009. New building regulations meant that as well as providing security, Crimsafe screens had to meet the stringent fire resistance requirements of the high BAL zone.
